The location is conveniently close to Imperial Point Hospital, restaurants, Imperial Point Library,schools, shopping and places of worship. The development of this neighborhood started in 1960 and had 3 phases. The 1,470 homes built were innovative, all electric medallion homes. Imperial Point’s builder, Haft Gaines, strongly emphasized customization along with quality craftsmanship. Imperial Point is also one of the very few neighborhoods that has sidewalks throughout.
