Coral Ridge Isles is a neighborhood of approx. 1,000 homes situated between NE 18th Avenue and Dixie Hwy and Commercial Blvd. and NE 62nd St. Approximately 400 of the homes are situated on waterfront lots with ocean access via fixed bridges. Residents share a strong sense of community and host numerous gatherings with a voluntary HOA and newsletter. One attraction to this neighborhood is A-Rated Floranada Elementary School which features a new $14 million dollar campus with state-of-the-art classrooms, dining, library and music facilities.
